The owner, “Dean,” said that he bought the Ferrari and a Rolls Royce from a family he had known for a long time. The owner had the Ferrari for 17 years but had unfortunately became ill some years ago and the car had been sitting in a garage since 2004. Dean was really only interested in the Rolls Royce to add to his collection of 20 cars and was really just looking to pass the Ferrari on.
