The electric windows don’t work well at all so I thought I would see if I could rebuild the winder motors. I took the door panel off and was quite pleased to see the door was in pretty good condition. It looks like water has been leaking past the fixed quarter light and ran down the inside of the door causing a bit of rust. Nothing that can’t be repaired though. I decided not to fix the winder motor until the door comes off for repair.
I also had a quick look in the boot and pulled off some loose underseal. There is quite a bit of rust in the right side rear inner wheel well but panels are available from Superformance at very reasonable prices. I don’t think too much of the wiring.
